    Cling the button that says download certificate and down load it your computer. Find the file that has your certificate, bring it up on the monitor and print it out.

    Click the complete button before you click the next button. Solves a few issue. (I had to go back and re-click a few modules). I took the Basic first aid course. Good review. Next will be the advanced, don’t know if I’ll ever see most of the issues covered, but better safe than sorry.

    Mr Furst, I am roughly halfway through my Advanced First Aud course. I know I may not be the fastest but I need to know in my mind that the information is sticking. I hope you do not mind. Its my intention to go on to the CPR and AED following. Your course is brilliant and I thank you very much. My village is at least 30 mins away from an Ambulance Station so myself and 2 others (who will be taking the courses) intend to set up a First Response Team to offer first aid treatment in our area. We have a few events going on to raise the money to equip a Toyota Rav4 with a full first aid package, an AED and three fully trained First Aiders, all trained by your good self. May I take this opportunity to thank you kindly for offering this facility

    Hi John,

    just completed the courses (basic and advanced) as I was require to have them for working in Gulf of Mexico in addition to the practical First Aid certs. I have from the UK.

    I noticed quite a few small differences in the facts you have, such as amount of Aspirin and amount of blood in an adult. For example, your system marked me wrong for saying the average adult has 12 pints of blood, your system states 10.

    10 pints of blood is average for a woman, not a man, who has 12. Perhaps the answer here should be changed to 9-12 pints as per the World Health Organisation.

    Also, DRAB. Never heard of that before. Personally I prefer A,B,C (D & E for advanced).

    I appreciate that there will be differences throughout the world in training etc. but you’re offering this online to everyone, so I think you should cater for everywhere.

    PS. Also a former British Army Medic with extensive training and practical experience in First Aid.

    On the whole though, very happy with the course, especially since you provide it for free…

    Hi John, it was just wonderful to learn different basic First Aid courses. In COVID Pandemic time when online classes is obvious, this course helped me a lot being honest. I’ve learnt a lot which is useful in our everyday life. Just Awesome. Great Job and thank you very much indeed John.
