How Can We Help?
Once a course is complete, a PDF certificate will be emailed to you automatically. You can also download it directly from the site.
You have to complete all the units of a course before you can download your certificate.
Every unit must be marked as completed. Use the green button ‘Mark as Completed’ at the end of each unit to achieve this.
Once you’ve marked a unit as completed, it will appear with a green tick next to it on the course homepage.
Next, go to your Account page by clicking the Account button on the top bar.
Next, click the Courses tab.
Here, there will be a “Download Certificate” button if your course is complete.
The first aid certificates are provided in PDF format.
