Free first aid guide – pick up your copy today!

St John Ambulance are offering a free first aid guide for UK residents. All you have to do is fill out a simple form on their website and they’ll post the guide to you.

The free guide contains information on five first aid situations:

1) Someone who is choking

2) A heart attack

3) Severe bleeding

4) Unconscious casualties who are breathing

5) Unconscious casualties who are not breathing (CPR)

There is not catch and the guide is offered completely free as part of St John Ambulance’s “The Difference” campaign which aims to promote the difference first aid can make. Pick up your copy today!
